HOW IT WORKS – BUYING MACHINERY OR INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT FROM US
At Euro Stapler GmbH Machinery, we’ve made the car buying process simple, transparent, and secure. Whether you’re buying locally or from another country, here’s how it works:
Step 1: Choose Your Car
Browse our online stock or visit our showroom to select the machinery that fits your needs.
Each listing includes full specifications, detailed photos, and service history.
Need more info or photos? Just contact us!
Step 2: Request a Proforma Invoice
Once you’ve chosen a car, we’ll send you a Proforma Invoice with all the details:
• Vehicle information
• Total price (including VAT, if applicable)
• Payment instructions
• Our company details (VAT, EORI, address, etc.)
This document is not a final contract, but a formal quote for your review and payment.
Step 3: Make the Payment
We operate on a prepayment basis. After receiving the proforma invoice, you can securely transfer the full amount to our bank account.
Please make sure to include the correct reference number from the invoice in your payment.
Accepted payment methods:
• Bank transfer (SEPA / SWIFT)
We do not accept partial or cash-on-delivery payments unless agreed in writing.
Step 4: Payment Confirmation
As soon as we receive your payment, we will:
Confirm your order by email Send you the final invoice Start preparing the vehicle for transport or handover
If requested, we can also send:
• Machinery documents (copy of registration, COC, CE Ceritificate)
• Customs papers (if export outside EU)
• Pictures of the car before shipment
Step 5: Delivery or Pickup
Once the car is ready, you can choose between:
Delivery to your address
We work with trusted transport companies and can arrange delivery anywhere in Europe.
You will receive the tracking info or driver contact as soon as the car leaves.
Pickup from our location
You’re welcome to collect the machinery personally from our showroom. We’ll schedule a convenient date and time with you.
Additional Information
• All our machinery are carefully checked before delivery
• You receive keys, service history, and documents
• Machinery can be registered EU-wide, with COC/CE Certificate available
• Delivery timeline depends on distance (usually 2–14 working days)
• For export buyers, we can assist with temporary plates, if needed
